Thank you sincerely to everyone who has responded!

I will share all of this with my dad and hopefully he will make a

message here if he has any questions. All of your responses were

wonderfully encouraging and helpful. We live in metro-Detroit (I think

someone asked where in MI we were). Thank you again and I (or my dad)

will be in touch and updating with what happens.
