Guest guest
It's a long time since I have posted a message 9 months in fact. I found this site heaven sent when I was first diagnosed it gave my all the information I needed to get through the first weeks of diagnoses. In March 07 I had a hellor myotomy and life has been great since. The scars are small reminders of a very bad time in my life, which I can now manage. Following the operation, when I started eating again I developed allergies I had never had before. I cannot have milk, mushrooms, grapes but it's a small price to pay for feeling like a new person. Last Christmas I eat a small amount of food and spent a couple of hours in the toilet, I'm sure you know what I mean. This year I spent the whole meal sat at the table, I had three courses followed by chocolates, how great is that. For all of you out there still wondering if the operation is the best things to do I can only say it's been the best decision I have ever made. For those of you who remember me. Can I say a big thank you to all of you who supported me and gave me valuable information. I wouldn't have been able to get through it without you. Your support was my life line thanks Mel from West Yorkshire England
