Guest guest Posted May 31, 2007 Report Share Posted May 31, 2007 I spoke to the Cleveland Clinic today and asked for the ICD-9 codes for the Heller Myotomy and Fundoplication. The codes should be standardized and apply to any insurance. I did this because I want to check to be sure the insurance I'm considering will cover the procedure, not just the hospital and doctor.
