ICD-9 codes for Insurance

I spoke to the Cleveland Clinic today and asked for the ICD-9 codes

for the Heller Myotomy and Fundoplication. The codes should be

standardized and apply to any insurance. I did this because I want to

check to be sure the insurance I'm considering will cover the

procedure, not just the hospital and doctor. In case anyone else

needs this, the codes are:

42.7 for Heller Myotomy

44.66 for Fundoplication
