I'll eat my balanced healthy meals as usual but I never manage to eat much. Foods that don't break down well such as meats and fibrous foods like fruit and veg just stick. I have to force these down with lots and lots of water. My belly gets full from the water before it gets full from my food. Within an hour, after the water has passed through I feel hungry again so I reach for snack foods such as chocolate, ice-cream etc. I must say that I never have any trouble with cakes, pastries, chocolate etc. I think it's because they break down really easily in our mouths unlike meat etc. I've recently incorporated more exercise into my lifestyle and I must say it is helping a great deal.
