Guest guest
Hi, This is the first time I'm trying this. My son is age 4, diagnosed with Apraxia. We go to speech therapy 2 times a week and are slowly seeing some improvements. I have been reading the messages and see that everyone is having wonderful results with Pro- EFA. My question is this are there any possible side effects? If so what are they? Thanks hope this works.
Guest guest
Hi Yes, even though my son is speaking " age appropriately " I will still keep him on the Pro EFA and the Pro EPA. I notice that when I take him off one of them, he does regress. I stopped him for about a week in the summer because he was having some very bad behavioral issues and I thought it was worth a try but I noticed his speech came slower and his stuttering started coming back. It seemed like he struggled to get full sentences out. I put him back on and he returned to normal. Stopping it also didn't have any effect on his behavior. None of us knows if they'll have to be on it forever, but since it's good for you in more ways than just speech, I'm fine with it if he has to. Thank goodness it's not medicine and that it's something natural that is helping them right? Take care! in NJ kdr@...
