My son has had both lap/ and open myotomy but he never had staples so i am confused what type operation you had.I am happy to hear your eating and moving around some-Thats great! Just take it one day at a time and one bite at a time-Dont push yourself.I will wait to hear back from you about your operation and then can tell you what 's diet was like. I love the way wikipedia lays it out and it is so much simplier than the others I have found, even had some stuff I didn't know we could do or couldn't. Mel, Sam, our 8 year old, says hi to you and liked listening to your post, he had his surgery on Feb. 27th too. You guys are right in there together.
