Guest guest
Hi Tonia Jenna has not had surgury but she always has a harder time with swollowing and mucus in the throat when she has a cold. Also I understand that magnesium helps panic attacks greatly and magnesium relaxes muscles. A good book by a medical DR who is also a Naturapath is called The Healing Miracles of Magnesium I know when Jenna was first diagnosed she was low in magnesium. I am trying to make a lotion with magnesium in it that she can rub on her swollowing area. It is so hard to get our levels of magnesium up as we have so much calcium in our diet and in most water sources. Jenna did go for one barium swollow but we need to remember that all that barium does not come out like Drs say. Barium competes with the mineral potassium so we need to be sure they are not becoming deficient in potassium by these swollows. Jenna and I have both had barium swollows and we both were very high in barium on our laboratory hair testing. More info on this can be found at www.ithyroid.com . There is a ton of info been put there by a very knowlegable man named who was in the process of putting it all together in a book. Hope this is helpful Francine for Jenna Rose / Ontario Canada
