Hi, I was wondering if you got the email I sent to you about our experience with achalasia. I sent it to your email rather than the group. Just wondering. Hope things are going better. Take care,

Hi ,

Thank you for your always there cheerfulness and information sharing

as well. Dr. Waldhausen said the same to us when we were there after

the surgery, but I have had this question on my mind way back to

the time before surgery: Should we go to a GI

doctor or a surgeon for the long term follow up? I still have no

answer for it. It is really late now; I'll write more some other time.

Please say Hi to Tia for me. Take care.

much now, but I will soon. Glad to hear Jessie is doing good. I

haven't heard from Sam's family. I contacted Dr. Waldhausen just today

and he said that he leans towards, " no symptoms of concern, no testing

needed " . He did say if we wanted a barium swallow done he would be

happy to schedule one.

touch in with you soon. The best to your family!
