Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I am hoping someone can help me understand. When I saw the esophagus specialist a few weeks ago he told me he "suspects" Achlasia but can't be for sure. Please forgive me if this email is alittle messy. I haven't had much sleep and I am just coming down of a major panic attack. When I don't get enough sleep my swallowing is horrific. Nothing feels like it goes down even water but it must be or I would be choking. I get this HUGE lump in my throat of what feels like a huge ball of mucous, my SWallowing feels all spastic and it flips me into horrible panic attacks... Now when I take valium, even a small dose within 40 mins everything in my throat relaxes and the lump almost disappears completely. Its still there but not as badly. My swallowing is still hard but not as bad.. Does Achlasia act like this? Im so confused.. Thanks for any help My Personal Web Page My Groups!
