It will take a year perhaps to toughen up. Are you rubbing Vitamin E or Cocoa Butter on them? Are you able to stand straighter? Dont rush things, but it could take a year. You will probably need to lay down on your back and stretch your arms up to help stretch the scar area, and then work up from there. I mentioned to Tonia that Cameron is just now starting Physical Ther. to work his posture back into shape. They have him doing excercises bring the shoulder blades together not using the muscles of the arms. Hope you are well...... GO slow! Carolyn mom of Cameron working on being a Buff teenager!
