Guest guest
Eight-year-old and her mother were walking through the mall together one day. >"Mommy," said little , "how old are you?">>"I'm not saying." replied her mother>>"Why not?" demanded the child.>>"Well, that is something you will understand one day when you grow-up.">>"Mommy," asked , "how much do you weigh?">>"Never mind," answered the mother.>>"Why can't you tell me. ?">>"Because grown-ups never talk about how much they weigh. This is something you will learn and understand someday.">>"Mommy," insisted the child, "why did you and Daddy get divorced?">>"Darling," responded the mother in exasperation, "that's something still very painful for Mommy, and I really just can't talk about it now.">>A few days later, Little recounted this conversation to a friend at school. The friend explained how to overcome the problems.... "All you have to do is get your mother's driver's license. It has all the information about any grown-up you want on it. You just read it like a report card and it'll give you anything you need.">>So little did as her friend recommended. That night she sneaked into her mother's room while her Mom was cooking dinner. She rummaged through her purse and ffound the driver's license. After examining it carefully she walked up to her mother and said, "I know how old you are! You are 35!">>The mother was very surprised.>>"And, I know how much you weigh. You weigh 136 pounds, right?">>The mother was shocked.>>"And, I know why you and Daddy got a divorce.">>The mother, dumbfounded asked, "Why?">>"It's because you got an F in sex, isn't it?" Guest guest
You should get tested for Lyme disease. This has been the underlying condition for many people with MS. The Bowen test would be the best to determine if you have it or not. personal questions Dear people, Again I have a question that I would like to post to all of you. My condition is getting worse: I am suffering from (progressive)Multiple Sclerosis, also colitis, gastritis, (bacterial) arthritis and bladder infection. The last infections have started 6 months ago after using hormones(birth control pills). I had hoped that my depressions would get less by taking those pills. My belly is swollen, I have much pain in the stomach and intestines (due to ulcers maybe) and indigestion and loose stools. I tried to combat it with ozone, but the infection did not disappear. Also I did ozone-sauna's almost every day. For a few hours the arthritis would get much less, but after eating anything, it would increase again, giving much pain, red and purple spots. The doctor advised to take antibiotics. After two tablets my hands already go purple and there is much tingling. (lupus?scleroderma?) At the same time, I also experience a lot of pain and a hot sensation in the liver-region. I have developped dark spots on my skin on the whole body, and also itching on the arms. Is this a healing reaction, or am I going down the line?? Thanks for your advice. C.Zoete OxyPLUS is an unmoderated e-ring dealing with oxidative therapies, and other alternative self-help subjects. Guest guest
Dear Cathilene, Since I don't know what else you have done to help yourself with MS I am going to assume that you are totally ignorant - delightful - but ignorant. And this way I can tell you what I would do if it was me. If it is all old info to you then just delete. First of all I would make sure MY gut was loaded with good probiotics. I would even go so far as to overdose on them. I would get a bunch of bottles of a couple of different kinds, like PB8 and Inner Garden Flora and Culturelle, or ? and I would take a whole bottle in two or three days and then take 12 or so a day for some time after that till I was sure I was tipping the scale in the right direction. This is just foundational and you can do all kinds of other fancy stuff and if you don't address this you will have disappointing results. In addition I know some people who have done the Gerson diet, people with severe MS who needed help to dress - so obviously they had help to do the diet - but literally in just a few days on this diet they saw a major reduction in MS symptoms. In addition I would be doing EFT - http://www.emofree.com look for the free manual download. It can be life changing. I am so sorry for your suffering and I pray that you find the answers and your path out to the light. Guest guest
I agree, but with a few different recommendations. First, go to lymenet.org and post a question on medical or seeking a doctor, so you can find a good lyme specialist. Second, Igenex is imo the best lab. You need to be tested for both lyme and babesia. Go here to read a bestselling author's description of her 7 undiagnosed years of lyme: http://www.ya-ya.com/news/news_items/20050328224117175 You'll see it can manifest in multisystemic reactions like that. Hormones can make it worse. So can steroids. A severe reaction to an antibiotic like that could mean several things--one that you are extremely toxic or two that you are killing off lyme and having a die off reaction or three both of these combined. Donna is right about probiotics, I find the best brand is customprobiotics.com THey are very expensive but totally pure so you only need about 1/8 tsp a day. 60 billion organisms in a dose. > You should get tested for Lyme disease. Guest guest
Igenex is good, but they are still a hit and miss, even though they are much better than main stream labs. Bowen will tell you if you have it for sure, as well as babesia and some other coinfections. Lymenet is a good idea also to start getting educated about lyme disease. personal questions > > > Dear people, > > Again I have a question that I would like to post to all of you. Guest guest
I am still not convinced Bowen knows what they're seeing. You know the controversy--they get no false negatives. Since they use an antibody to tag, there could be false positives. Its one thing if they show you a picture of an identifiable spirochete, but they often claim what they're seeing are cell wall deficient forms. I'm not sure what that's about either as spirochetes have 2 cell walls. > > You should get tested for Lyme disease. This has been the > underlying condition for many people with MS. Guest guest
Thanks for many answers to my mail! Yes: it was diagnosed I had lyme, but this alternative doctor says it may be too difficult to treat right now because of the complications. I live in the Netherlands, and regular doctors are not doing the right lab.tests. Also they do not accept results that come from my alternative doctor, so: - they say they don't believe in candida as a pathogen - they don't believe I have lyme too - they just give antibiotics for bladder infection, without considering my condition -> So I react extreme to it, and it is not safe to give to me right now because my liver has detoxification problems. - they don't see a connection between bowel problems and M.S. - sometimes they say; it's because you are depressed, (So take antidepressants....) Therefore, in the end I just ended up making my own stategies: - taking a lot of probiotics - taking herbal remedies to try to combat candida and M.S - keeping a strict diet (no sugar, wheat, milk etc.) - adding supplements (minerals, vitamines, omega 3 etc.) - staying away from toxic things like medicines, perfume, gas, - trying to get rid of parasites with things like zapper, black walnut - doing ozone therapy (in sauna) Right now, with all the infections going on, it seems wise to me to take ozone, along with vitamine supplements and try to improve my condition. Also I do not have the money to go to a clinic, otherwise that would be the best option. Guest guest
Cathelijne, I feel particularly for your condition and I want to tell you about my own experience with a bladder infection. What I learned is that we can inject a 2% solution of Food Grade Alcohol into our bladder using a urinary catheter three times separated by about 6 to 8 hours and it will knock the eyeballs out of an infection almost overnight. Of course, if you'd like, you can up and down the solution till you get it like you want it, Dear, but it will stop it every time. Bless you, Obie. _____ From: oxyplus [mailto:oxyplus ] On Behalf Of Cathalijne Zoete Sent: Sunday, May 15, 2005 6:37 AM oxyplus Subject: Re: Re: personal questions Thanks for many answers to my mail! Guest guest
Boy, I'm a bit stumped. So at least we know it's lyme. So here are some other suggestions from reading what you wrote: 1) Can you ask your doctor to look at the literature on glutathione and the liver and detox and lyme. Also at the work of and Ed Kane on glutathione and on IV phospholipid therapy, which is obtained from Germany as Esentiale. If your doctor could learn this, this might be a good approach for you at the moment until your detox systems are restored 2) If Saul were answering he'd probably recommend a liver flush 3) If you can't afford the IV glutathione, you can still get glutathione (Wellness Pharmacy in Alabama is the best, I don't know if places in the Netherlands make it properly) and infuse with a nebulizer, the Inspiration is apparently around $60. A lyme patient I " m in contact with said it is really helping her. It is a way to get glutathione into the body and cells. This can help stabilize your body and help it detox. If your detox systems are shot. The lipid IV therapy helps restore the cell membrane. The above approach (The Kanes' approach) might stabilize you to where you could continue kililng it with ozone etc. If you can't afford any of the above I think you can mimic some of the lipid therapy with an ayurvedic approach, they ahve a kind of raw fat or ghee type of detox...maybe there is an ayurvedic center near you. THe idea is to restore the cell membrane which is ruined by the chronic infection. And to restore the liver's ability to detox with glutathione. Then you might try some natural antibiotics. Olive leaf extract. Mannose for the bladder (stops e coli bladder infections but not others). Samento, an herb, for the lyme. Artemisinin, an herb from allergy research group, is also good for lyme and for its coinfection babesia, and for fungal infections. You might also go to lymephotos.com and look at their site. Guest guest
Hi Cathalijne, > Therefore, in the end I just ended up making my own stategies: - > taking a lot of probiotics - taking herbal remedies to try to combat > candida and M.S - keeping a strict diet (no sugar, wheat, milk etc.) > - adding supplements (minerals, vitamines, omega 3 etc.) - staying > away from toxic things like medicines, perfume, gas, - trying to get > rid of parasites with things like zapper, black walnut - doing ozone > therapy (in sauna) The only thing I can see that you may not be doing that might help is, in addition to the ozone *saunas*, you should be taking advantage of your female anatomy and doing vaginal ozone insufflation. Saul says that women have a major advantage over men in this regard, and that vaginal insufflation is the preferred method of delivery. Before you start this though - what kind of ozone generator do you have? I believe that vaginal insufflation requires a medical grade generator (using a pure oxygen source). Also, you need to find out the proper protocol (flow rate/concentration) from Saul or Sherrie-Lee. Lastly, you mentioned a zapper. There are zappers, and there are zappers. I seem to recall a list where they were doing some major work with these, specifically to treat Lyme, and had developed one that put the Hulda type zappers to shame and was actually working very well and people were claiming complete cessation of symptoms. I'll see if I can dig that info up, or better, if someone else remembers the list name and can chime in... All my best,

Get well soon! charles

I think that Pippa and I were living proof of how close two strangers can become when drawn together by a common thread. I suspect that many of the women in this Group have become good friends in this way. I can't imagine the lads sharing anything like the things we girls do. LOL But, maybe I am wrong. Tell me , did you talk to Notan about your surgical stockings and whether you would be allowed to carry on wearing your underwear during the op.? (And those are some of the details that ARE fit to share publicly). This group not only shares medical information. It goes to the parts that no other sites can reach.
