There is a Vaccine Education Center at the Children's Hospital of

Philadelphia (CHOP) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that has developed a

first-of-its-kind educational video for parents and health care

professionals. It was created to address the most common questions about

vaccines, dispel the myths & misconceptions surrounding their safety &

illustrate the threat that vaccine-preventable diseases still pose for

children in the U.S. & the world. It is called: Vaccines: Separating Fact

from Fear.

I don't know if it's available to anyone, or just to people who live in the

area.
