Hey - I had my Hellers ages ago but just last summer I had my

gall bladder removed laproscopically when my children were not quite 3

and 5 months. Generally they tell you not to pick up more than 10

pounds but as your body is accostomed to the weight of your little one -

it shouldn't be too bad after the first week. For the first few days

especially, have someone put your baby in your lap or let he/she climb

up on your lap. I showed my older one my bandages so she knew to be

careful around mommy's boo-boo's.

After the first week or so- it was pretty easy, I just felt kind of

bruised.

Good luck, glad you found us.

Happy Swallowing!

- in Va.
