Guest guest
I bought two wedge pillows about 2-3 years ago. $45 seems about right--they were fairly expensive. They are a good option, but did sometimes aggravate my back. I would occasionally try to sleep on my side with them but I had to be careful because if I wasn't in the right position I would wake up with neck or back pain (the pillows seem designed only for sleeping on the back). Is bougie dilation the dilation with a series of rubber dilators of increasing size? I had this type of dilation done a year ago (without surgery) but am not sure the name. It didn't help me but that is only because my esophagus turned out not to be too narrow (a barium swallow had showed a possible narrowing). I did a search on amazon and seems like they range 45 on up. > Anyone have any suggestions on pillow brands to stay clear from? > > That new website is awesome, you guys rock for sitting and planning > and then actually making it happen. > > Ann-speedy recovery.
