In our cases, the ends definately justify the means.I'll have to take and post a photo sometime of my myo scar - it's a doozie!! Sternum to belly button. Now I have a c-section scar and a couple of puncture scars from my gall bladder removal - my belly is quite the roadmap!Happy Swallowing!- in Va.>> HI, all. Guest guest
Sure - they didn't start laproscopic surgery until the late 80's or so and didn't do our myo/fundos until after that so all of us 'old- timers' have had open surgery. Lap surgery is certainly easier and I'd still be able to wear a bikini (well, not after the kids) but I'd do it again without question. 17 plus years of mostly good eating... Guest guest
ACK!! Sorry - sometimes there's so many people posting (it's a good thing) that I do get the stories mixed up. Hope you're doing great and continue to eat well. Small world indeed. Do you by chance know Amelia and Mancini? They are in Amsterdam. Amelia and I worked together at the Schenectady Gazette about a gazillion years ago. ~ - now at the beach in NC! > > Hi MIchelle I DID have my surgery on Nov 9th, I think my post was misleading a bit.
