Other than getting a phone call, while I was still there recovering, to ask about my insurance. (Which today I am told is back to saying everything is covered as if it were in network. Who knows?) The bed is very comfortable. It adjusts as you reposition yourself. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They also take good care of family.
