Guest guest
Hi , I have to ditto what Diane said: “ Is there any way that they could make an exception and try to have your test read early and sent to your surgeon since you have to travel and also are at high risk due to your bleeding problem? One thing that I have learned through this is that you have to be your own advocate with your health and sometimes you have be assertive. It can't hurt to ask, if they say no, ask again” This is what I had to do when I was told my wait list could have been up to 3 years!! I said NO WAY, and fought the system. It worked for Biljana (in Australia!!!), too! Hugs, in BC Biljana in Australia….where are you?? is looking for contacts near her….
