YEAH for

you!! I’m so glad that you have joined! You will find so much

support here – which will benefit you more than you could ever imagine!

I’m

glad that Dr.Finley is going to do the manometry again for you (even though I’m

sure you’re really looking forward to it! ). This will help him

look at everything again, and maybe find out more about your inflammation when

the other tests are done, too. I take it that he is not going to do any

more dilations on you until all these tests are completed?

As for the

Cleveland Clinic, I don’t remember any Canadian who has mentioned going

down there, but I’m praying that there is at LEAST one who has, and will

respond back quickly. I have heard that Dr.Rice there is good with his

emails, and responds back to people, even if they are not his patients…yet.

Maybe give that a try? It sure won’t hurt your situation at this

point.

PS: Our

meeting with was awesome. (and Nick), , (Brent)

and I made it. We had a lot of fun. It was great to see as I haven’t

seen her since she was in the hospital, and she looked awesome! is

doing great, had his surgery over a year ago already, and just wanted to meet

with others! The Ironman started today at 7:00 am actually, and we can

watch him live starting at noon PST at www.ironmanlive.com.

He wasn’t

sure yet of his number, so I’m not sure how difficult (or near

impossible!!) it will be to spot him!

We are

tentatively planning our next meetup for November sometime – I’ll

be gone to Disneyland soon (14 sleeps! LOL)

and goes to sdale

every October. Hopefully we can all make it – you and Katrina and (hint, hint, J) too!

I know told me about months ago, but this is my first

posting, I'm still figuring out how this

works! I spoke to Dr. Finley

on Tuesday, and he is now starting over. He

is scheduling another

manometry .....I guess I'll find out when this

week. Absolutely no

improvements after the last dilation, but I'm

getting lots of yard

work done while I'm at home!
