I didn't mention this earlier because I didn't want to jinx myself, but on June 7 I took the NCLEX-State Boards for nursing. Then the next day June 8th (yesterday) was the day I was dilaized at TCC. It just ended up working out that way, I didn't schedule it like that. So I was a nervous wrek tuesdsay and yesterday for my dilation. Well, I found out this morning at 1030am that I passed and I'm now an RN!!! I can't believe it!Anyways, I'm still really sore when I swallow food. I can tell when it hits the LES because theres an ache across my lower rib cage. I also noticed on the procedure report that there was a mucosal tear. I thought this was supposed to tear the LES muscle? Dr Vazei didn't mention it afterwards so I assume its not anything to worry about. I know the mucosal linning heals pretty fast. So I think I'll be on a

cream of wheat diet and water for a day or 2.But still, what a relief...on both parts! in Michigan... now a Registered Nurse!!:)
