I struggle with this question, Mike. According to my calculations, only about 30-40,000 people in the world have A. It is so rare, that it just seems a lot of doctors (my GI included) have an attitude of, "I won't see it again anyway." Then again, there are those who specialize in swallowing disorders and they may be our saving grace. Cindi
