Guest guest
Hi all, Maybe I'm dense, but I'm confused..I received my first bottle of ProEFa last week and started my son on it while waiting to get my copy of LCP Solution. The book came yesterday and I read it last night. Here's my confusion. Stordy repeatedly refers to the studies being done with the children with 480 mg DHA daily for 12 weeks then dropping back to half that amount for a maintenance dose. The ProEFA has only 99 mg per capsule...with the remainder being EPA and other Omega 3s. I understand the importance of having all the Omega 3s, but if the studies were done with 480 mg of DHA, why aren't we going for that level now? Can someone help me out here? THanks.
