Hello Everyone,

My name is Francine Huyben. My husband and I have 4 daughters. We

live

near London in Ontario. Our 16 yr old daughter Jenna Rose was

diagnosed

with Achalasia when she was 10 1/2 yrs old. I was wondering if anyone

knows of any doctors in London Ontario that are knowledgable and

experienced in the surgury for this condition?

We did see a Dr when she first was diagnosed back 5 or so

years

ago but he was just the one who would do the endoscope. It ended up

we

did not proceed with the endoscope or any other testing or

treatments.

She was diagnosed from the barium swollow. She is managing the

condition. It takes her a very long time to eat. She uses peppermint

gels when she is around company. She still regurgitates daily but she

is alot stronger and healthier than she was 5 yrs ago. We had her

hair

analysised to see exactly what she was deficient in and then she

started taken a liquid mineral supplement which really gave her alot

of

strength. Also she drinks sheeps milk which has alot more minerals

etc

in it compared to cows milk. We are always searching for answers . I

was glad to connect with this group.

Is it my imagination or is there alot of achalasians from England and

California more so than other places in the world? Just thought that

might be significant. Jenna is under the care of a Naturapath and he

wonders if she has alot of aluminum in her cells from childhood

immunizations and possibly our water. We have clay soil and it is

suppose to be high in aluminum and barium . Barium causes muscle

paralysis and aluminum causes muscles to constrict. We had a

naturapath

in the USA make a herbal formula for Jenna to take with meals that

was

helpful . It did not taste good so she uses the peppermint.

Recently I located some doctors in China who say they have cured 3

cases of Achalasia with 9 chinese herbs. I located a place in

California who sold me the 9 herbs and gave me directions on how to

make it into a tea. This is what Jenna Rose is trying now. She has not

noticed any differance yet but it would not be a quick fix.

I also talk to the son of a the well known herbalist Dr .

Over his life time he helped alot of people get well from many

different conditions. His son recommended we feed the nerves with a

herbal formula they have as he said it is a nerve behind the Les

which controls the muscle. He had 2 patients , one with paralysis for

30 years and another for less than this and they both got the nerve

use back after using this herbal nerve food extract. We have not

tried this yet but it is called Dr 's Ear and Nerve

formula.

Well any info you could give me on doctors in our area would be

greatly appreciated.
