Guest guest
Too much clutter does describe me.... I picked that name years ago when I sold things on eBay. The plan was to get rid of my clutter. I also sell real estate and had to make a choice between selling houses or junk. Honestly the adrenalin rush was about as good selling a house as something I got for a dollar at a garage sale that auctioned off for $45. I had to finally adjust my priorities. Now my son gets Yu Gi Oh cards there. A couple of years ago a fellow clutter friend sent me to flylady.com. She is wonderful and also addresses the other issues such as depression as a side issue to cluttered houses. I implement some of her things and have been getting rid of things. She advises against eBay because of the time it takes and she is totally right. A charity is the best thing. To any who don't know, flylady.com is totally free. They do sell some wonderful feather dusters and a few other things but it is definitely worth checking out. I did get the cook book from her friend, " Saving Dinners " LeAnn Ely... and my kids loved a few things I made. Rather than take space here, for anyone interested check out the website. The idea of Saving Dinners, is that the recipes are limited to less than 10, if not less than 6 ingredients, are healthy, in season produce and much more nutrious than other things. There are a few sample menus, and one is low carb. I used some of the recipes when I really couldn't eat and was sick of not caring about what I fed my kids. She has a shopping list for the whole week and the whole what to have for dinner issue is solved and she doesn't mean Pizza Hut. Martha, I probably need a few kicks in the tooshie to stay on track. Everything is on the www.flylady.com website so check it out. I don't get any referrals or anything. Just seems like a nice woman trying to help others and selling a few quality products that seem to be very helpful. I can only vouch for the feather dusters and they are really nice.
