Guest guest
, I wondered what had happened to you! I'm sorry to hear that you lost your job, but I'm glad to hear that your spasms have become less frequent. Did you ever try that big long list of things to try that I posted? Anti-depressant medications in particular seem to be particularly helpful for NCCP's associated with achalasia, and they are finally being researched and published, as well. I hope something works out for you WRT a job and/or disability insurance! Debbi in Michigan > Well folks it finally happen. Guest guest
, I am so sorry that you have been put in this unfortunate situation, due to circumstances beyond your control! But it sounds like you are feeling that the decrease in stress will indeed help your health in the long run, and already having less spasm pain as a result. Guest guest
A friend of mine recently quit his job because of high blood pressure. The doctor made him do it. He said you quit your job or you'll probably die in the next two years. Sometimes change is good. My wife started working at a stable feeding horses and shoveling poop. she loves it. Uh, Pete, how exactly does shoveling poop qualify as a "change" for your wife?? I mean, she IS married to you, right? So it's something that she already does day in and day out anyway....... in fact, she's probably OVERqualified for the job! <*wink*> LOL Deb, who just couldn't resist an opening like that one.....
