Guest guest
, This was one of your sayings that I like too! Have you hugged your esophagus today? Visit us at: achalasia Thanks for helping us!!! I thought this little guy was kinda cute!!! It was the closest I could find to an esophagus! What do you think? Holt- Phrases for Achalasia buttons/banners/tshirts/bumperstickers Some of these are definitely better than others. When exactly is this seminar? How much will it cost after you get there? Can you really get in to hear the sessions if you are not a doctor? I'm tired, but here are my contributions to the PR department: Have you hugged an achalasian today? It's 10:00. Do you know where your lasagna is? Got Achalasia? Acalasian and proud of it! Honk if you've got Achalasia! Love me, Love My Achalasia... Warning...Achalasian Dining! Keep brining me water, I'm an achalasian!

Guest guest
Pete wrote: "How many Achalasians does it take to change the world? 487. Visit the Achalasia Forum" I like this one!!! Maybe also say "visit the Achalasia Forum to do your part too and make it 488!" or something like that! ) I think maybe doctors are 'afraid' to come to groups like this for fear of being solicited for medical advice, being liable for malpractice if anyone takes their advice, etc. (remember a year or so ago when a doc was supposed to be joining us.... and then he never did come back and answer any questions?) But if we could even get GI's to come to the board to read a week's worth of posts every so often, I think it would give them tremendous insight into the concerns that affect our daily lives. I wish we knew more what the setup will be like at the symposium... it looks like the day is pretty jam-packed w/ speaker after speaker after speaker, and I don't know how much "mingling" time (face to face) we'll really get with these doctors/nurses, or even how many doctors (ten? a hundred? a thousand?) are expected to be there. Maybe next week I'll call the gal in registration and ask if she can tell me how big they expect this to be (she was really helpful when I called about pricing for non-professionals, one-day rates, etc.) Deb, wondering if is gonna make it afterall??? Is it just going to be me and Sandi??? ANYONE????
