I was wondering if pleural effusion is the same thing as pleurisy. I had

pleurisy once and that was extremely painful every time I took a breath.

between the lining of the lung (outside) and the chest wall. Well, when I went

to the pulmonologist, I brought all of my reports from my thoracic myotomy, when

they deflated my lung, and the pulmonologist just dismissed it as my diaphragm

being moved up a little. Should I seek ot
