Yes I have. They can extend the original cut or cut the LES in a different place

depending on how things look. Also you might need to look at the structure of

your " E " if it is grossly dilated and looks like a colon then you might want to

look into other options. If you have any questions or want to talk more I am

I have also had a myotomy in 2006, and I am now experiencing problems again.

This time is a little different. It feels like the food is getting stuck in my

throat. I was also wondering if anyone was experiencing similar problems after

the surgery.

Yes even after my second surgery I did. My " E " was so bad though food and

liquid was just sitting in a crook causing my E to collapse on it self more.
