Also you might need to look at the structure of your " E " if it is grossly dilated and looks like a colon then you might want to look into other options. Guest guest Posted January 21, 2012 Report Share Posted January 21, 2012 I have also had a myotomy in 2006, and I am now experiencing problems again. This time is a little different. It feels like the food is getting stuck in my throat. I was also wondering if anyone was experiencing similar problems after the surgery. My " E " was so bad though food and liquid was just sitting in a crook causing my E to collapse on it self more.
