Whoops forgot in my last post to talk about LAginine!

I think I'm really losing it, lol. For those of you who have spasms frequently,

what really helped me when I was having spasms a lot was to take 2 LArginine

capsules a day. My doctor said it would be ok, but there are a few health

issues that would make LArginine not the right choice for some. There are so

many posts in here about LArginine. Look it up in a search and read them if you

have not heard of this or tried it. I took it for two weeks after my surgery

and it really helped my spasms then. It also helps with white foam, the dreaded

while foam. I posted recently that since i started the Adkins diet I have not

had a spasm at all!!! I still have not, and I was having at least 2=3 a week,

if not a day sometimes. There is definitely a difference. I eat no sugar,

hardly any starches, lots of salads and meat, fish, cheese, nuts. We have a

great bakery that makes whole wheat tortillas that are delicious and I have one

of those like every other day. I'm amazed by the difference and wonder if

anyone else is on this type of diet and if you have noticed anything like this.

But...back to the topic of L'arginine. You buy it at a health food store. It's

worth a try for anyone if your doctor says it's ok!
