Worse Experience Ever

Just thought i would let you all know..i went for my manometry today.

Oh my good. It was horrible. I have had these done before. They put

the tube up my nose down my E and ended up they could not get it to

go into my stomach due to the pocket at the bottom. It just coiled up

and came back up my throat...which caused gaging and pain. They tried

5 times to do this in different positions...none of them worked,They

finally decided to give up since they were not getting any where. I

have never had that happen to me. When they pulled the tube out of my

nose, we heard a low pop in my nasal cavity. It hurt so bad it

brought me to tears. The tube ended up getting stuck and they

couldn't get it out. Oh my you want to talk about freaking out right

about then. The tech ..i know her since i have had so many of

these this done in the last 9 months. She was freaking and said that

this never happens..the little tech that was assisting her had to

leave the room. We finally got the tube out by forcing it to come

out. It hurt so bad. Has any one else ever had this happen to them? I

had a headache that wouldn't go away and ended up going to the ER.

The Dr there said that she must have broke one of my tubular bones in

may nasal cavity. WHAT???? The tech said that she would not do

the test on me again and that my dr needed to send me to a

specialist. Told her that i could get into the Cleveland Clinic on

the 5th if he would refer me. She said that she would suggest he

refer me. Said the only way that test is going to get done is if they

use floruscope (xray) to place it or another endoscopy to place it

and then wait for me to wake up and do the test. But suggested they

not go through the same side of my nose that she did..since she

wasn't sure of the damage she had caused. Lord guys what am i suppose

to do here? I'm sorry so long i'm just upset that i had to be injured

before they realized that they are not capable of treating me here.
