" , I don't know if this will be of help, particularly in the context of all your various symptoms, but my doctor recommends magnesium in the form of magnesium glycinate. I found that in this form I could take more with less gastrointestinal upset. I think he said that magnesium glycinate is the most bioavailable form, causes the least gastrointestinal problems, and the glycine helps muscle aches.
