, I don't know if this will be of help, particularly in the context of all

your various symptoms, but my doctor recommends magnesium in the form of

magnesium glycinate. I found that in this form I could take more with less

gastrointestinal upset. I think he said that magnesium glycinate is the most

bioavailable form, causes the least gastrointestinal problems, and the glycine

helps muscle aches. If you're interested and can't find it, let me know. I can
