I agree with you that its best to think in terms of sustainable opportunities

post graduation.

I was interested in knowing how Amy's school district set up microbusinesses but

apparently it is more like a scool club.

I had spoken with a transition teacher in Oregon who helped her students set up

microbusinesses while they were in school but were independent once out of

school. This has the advantage, as Laurie pointed out, of having the support in

place before they aged out and making a smooth transition.

Good Luck with the concession stand, sounds like a great opportunity for Noah

and others.
