Guest guest
Thanks Gail, All good points, especially the for profit or non profit decision as more and more parents are creating businesses to employ their loved one with disabilities. I have been researching this quite a bit lately under social entrepreneurship Some states are making it easy by having something called low profit limited liability which is somewhere between the two, run like a non profit without the tedious paperwork.
