AutismCares HP Slate 2 Tablet PC Giveaway!

Through a generous donation from HP, a leading

provider of technology products and services, Autism Speaks will select 10

individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to receive an HP Slate 2 Tablet

PC!

Giveaway Timeline

December 9: Online application Opens

December 15: Application Closes

December 17-21: Review Committee Selects Recipients

December 23: Recipients Announced!!

Eligibility

Eligible individuals must meet the following criteria:

a.. Medically diagnosed with Autism Spectrum

Disorder

b.. Resident of the US and currently living in this

country

c.. Limited income for themselves and/or their

families and otherwise could not afford to purchase the donated product

d.. Access to Wi-Fi

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted by the person with

autism or an immediate family member of the person with autism. Some applicants

will be contacted by staff for follow up information. All applicants selected to

receive an HP Slate 2 Tablet PC will be contacted on December 23. Others will

receive an email informing them of their status.
