Waiver comments on Dual Eligibility

In looking through the beginning of what you initially posted, Ellen, I see this

and wonder why the box isn’t checked --

1.. Dual Eligibility for Medicaid and Medicare.

Check if applicable:

[ ] This waiver provides services for individuals who

are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.

If this isn’t part of the new Waiver, whoa! Wouldn’t that disqualify ,

for example, when she eventually gets Medicare and Medicaid, sometime next year?

Please tell me I’m reading this wrong!
