Guest guest
this letter just says to come in, no mention of anything they need, but I'll call first just to be sure!! Glad I'm off several days through the holidays to get this done. Thanks , remind me do you deal with the Woodridge office, that is where we go. H. Re: letter from SSI Last year, I got the same thing. I called and was told to bring in the bank tatements. This year, I got one and the rep had to fill out a questionaire so e did it over the phone. Good evening, just received a letter in the mail today telling him we eed to go to the SSA office before January 3rd to make sure he is still ligible. This is the first time we've gotten anything like that, is it omething that typically happens? Thanks, H.
Guest guest
We just received one as well. I called Woodridge and they actually set up a phone interview instead of me coming in. I was told if they need anything further they would ask for it as part of that phone call because our letter did not indicate any specifics either. And because I had called in and set up this appointment, I was considered in compliance since the first appointment date they had in person or on the phone was after the due date on the letter. He said otherwise I could come in but would just have to take my chances on how long the wait might be without an appointment. So do call first!
