Guest guest
My daughter has eczema....we started to notice it around 8 months of age. She is a non-vaccinated child. If we don't take in dairy and strictly limit processed foods/fried foods/butter type foods, but especially dairy... etc...her skin manages to stay pretty clear if we stay strict. My husband recently wondered about eating meat....vaccinated meat that is...and wondered how that affects us. Now I'm wondering too...about vaccinated meat and how that affects our bodies. I wonder what is in those vaccines and wonder how cooking affects whatever is in there. So even when we don't vaccinate our children...and are non- vegetarians... besides trying to avoid pesticides on produce...now they are contaminating our food supply with vaccines, disease, genes. They are determined to poison people one way or another. > >So are people with eczema, which for some reason is more > common than it was 30 years ago< > > My grandson had eczema as an infant. There is no doubt in my mind that it is caused from vaccines, most likely the mercury or aluminum. Anywhere metal touched him (from snaps on clothes) he had a litle red round mark. The doctor said it was eczema. C.. > > > > >

Guest guest
>> Some really recommend Omega- 3 oils but need to be sure get mercury free ones (fish oils)<< We use Carlson's Norwegian Cod Liver Oil. I don't know if that's considered 'mercury free' or not...I'll have to see if it says anything on the bottle. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. >> I only eat organic meat. Can't remember are you US or Canada?<< We're in Germany (still :-/)...it is a bit more challenging to locate organics foods, but they are available with a more limited selection. We found a street market that is " organic only " near where we live on Thursdays. Unfortunately, we end up buying lunchmeat at the store in between, so it's hard for us to be on top of it all the time.

Oh dear, lunchmeat is probably way worse because of nitrites and all of that. I'll have to go check out that website. Oh boy...now I'll have to go educate myself on what nitrites are. The more I learn - the more I learn how most of what I've eaten much of my life is bad, bad, bad. *sighs* It seems like the only thing that is really good for us is organic vegetables and fruits. As much as I love them, I like the other stuff too. So tough, when you have lifelong habits - to have to give up so many. Guest guest
just a thought... i just read a test of 19 brands of fish oil here in Denmark (i don't expect many of you to be able to read danish so i do not include an URL) and here no amounts of mercury was measurable in any of the 19 brands. different (but still low) levels of other pollutants were found in the oils, but no mercury. i don't expect that the fish used in the oils sold in Denmark are especially good at avoiding mercury, so how can this be?? per Re: Eczema, hmmm > No, the only one that is mercury free is from Kirkman labs in US > http://www.kirkmanlabs.com > > Oh dear, lunchmeat is probably way worse because of nitrites and all of that. > Sheri OH gosh I didn't know. Guest guest
In most diets both human and animal are heavily weighted to Omega 6 simply because the foods are mostly Omega 6 and the meats consumed are heavily Omega 6 because those animals are not fed an appropriate diet - they need to be pasture fed. So giving the Omega 3's offsets the 6's in the diets. Even those who are vegetarians are heavily weighted to the 6's. The 3's are also has some anti-inflamatory properties and also some immune system regulators - they do help. For the dogs a normal maintenance dose is 1,000 mg for each 20 to 30 pounds of body weight for those having a health crisis other than pancreatis it's 1,000 per 10 pounds of body weight. Guest guest
I am just going through millions of emails and caught this. Sorry..It seems I overlooked this. If you are living in Europe I would recommend the Eye-Q from www.equazen.com for fish oil. They also have Qarma, an Omega 6 product. Make sure though that when taking th Omega 6 that you keep up levels of Omega 3 also. As well as EFA supplementation, eliminate commercially prepared foods, also baked goods and things like margarine. Margarine belongs in the bin anyway. It's a cheek that the food industry is allowed to sell this utter garbage. Use olive oil only when cooking. Bin the Crisco fat also. I also use mercury free cod liver oil which is bottled by Lamotte in Germany...www.lamotte.de ( If .de doesn't work then try .com) Should be available in the Apotheke. It has the additional Vitamin D ( really important for rainy countries) and Vitamin A. Lastly make sure you take a natural based Vit E supplement. You can go easily up to 400 mg a day in order to prevent free-radicals arising from rancidising fat.
