Pertussis MY Story for who asked

My darling Unvaxed 5 mo old had a slightly runny nose. One morning woke up

and had this weird cough. I told DH right away this isnt right. I had just

joined the group here so I came for advice. We were in to about 2 weeks of

the cough and it was starting to get worse. I started give Vit c and Phyliss

from the list contacted me. I went to se eher by this time we were in like

week 3 or so i think seems like it had been forever. Phyliss confirmed that

she felt it was a typical case she was CLASSIC as she said. Dr also felt it

was pertussis as well but said would test her it wouldnt make and difference

in how we treat her.

Phyliss gave a few different remedies Cuprum met and BAccilinum (SP) and it

was amazing about 4 days and she was dramatically better.

We had a typical case COUgh cough cough turn blue gag puke whoop. It was

the most horrid thing i ever seen. She turned so blue she'd almost pass out.

I'd stay on the phone with Phyliss threw the whole episode it was so scarey.

I hated when she'd nurse or sleep cause i knew that ment a cough was coming.

My other kids DIDNT get it at all not even a cold. The were all vaxed up till

18 mo. I dont know where she got it. We had been around a friends baby whom

just had the vax so i dont know. I cant tell you this if it werent for

Phyliss this list i dont know what would have happened. The homeopathy cut

the duration almost in half. If I left anything out that you wnat to know i

wil lbe glad to answer

SEe and I never feared it I fear measles or HIB more I wouldnt fear it if

child is over a year my baby was 5 mo old. Took her to ER one night turned

blue DR told me NOPE couldnt be HE said he hadnt seen Pertussis in 30 yrs

UGGGHH refused to even test her .

umm thats debateable at the time of illness I felt really guilty but now

thats its over NO and THE dr wanted me to bring her in right away after the

illness for the vax but said the oldest 9 yrs old couldnt get it the reation

would be deadly and I said but you can give it to my 5 mo old who just had

the illness he said yes And I said OH NO YOU WONT. That I dont understand

how its safe for babies but deadly for old kids. My other kids didnt get it

was it cause they were vaxed? I dont know. ANYONE?

Thank you for sharing. It sounds like it was so scary for you. That is the

disease I fear most too. Glad you babe came thru it okay.

If you KNOW you would have avoided the illness by vaxing (and could

go back in time) would you go back and vax?

I can't say it enough - homeopathy can help you through most of these

things if there is a problem. And most of these diseases just aren't a

problem. Yes, most worry about pertussis in young infants and rightly so,

but it often is far worse on the parents.

You have to be prepared whethere you vaccinate or not with a homeopath.

They invented vaccines as allopaths (the regular doctors out there) didn't

have treatments for these diseases and they wanted to prevent them (those

of us who know the vaccines KNOW they don't prevent them, they sometime

sensitize and give you a chronic case of the disease, but they aren't

prevented). Homepaths have always been able to work with these diseases

and ease you through them, but drug companies and allopaths rule the world.

There just is no need to fear measles like you do - that is your choice.

You are choosing to fear it for some reason.

And HIB is SO rare, especially in breastfed. As a pediatric nurse, BEFORE

the vaccine, I NEVER even saw HIB meningitis! NEVER.

And now the vaccine has sensitized, leading to a vacuum and other things

cause meningitis more than before, so they invent prevnar, and then there

is more meningitis c and they give that. It is unending.
