The young survivor group will not be held this month because of the holidays. However... If anyone is interested in attending the conference below on January 10, 2012, from 7:00-8:30 p.m please let us know. It is not only for young Jewish survivors but appropriate for all young survivors. We will carpool.

SHARSHERET ROUNDTABLE

Were you diagnosed with breast cancer at or before age 45?

If you answered yes, we need your help. Sharsheret was recently awarded a three-year federal grant to develop national programs for young breast cancer survivors. This program, "Thriving Again: Life After Breast Cancer for Young Jewish Women," will provide comprehensive education materials, resources and support that address your unique needs.

Before we develop the programs, we want to hear from you.

Please join us for a 90 minute roundtable discussion to be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. The roundtable discussion will be held at Sharsheret's office located at 1086 Teaneck Road, Teaneck NJ.

During this confidential discussion, we will discuss how breast cancer impacts your career, relationships, reproduction, health and finances and other issues important to young survivors. For your participation, we will provide a light dinner and $25 stipend to cover your travel expenses.

If you are unable to attend this in-person discussion, but would still like to participate, you can join our online groups that will be held later in January.
