Hi Health Activist,

The link below to form letters for Governor Rick of Texas did not work for me, so I have prepared a form letter to Governor and to Congessmembers that I am attaching While Governor is still a presidential candidate, he will be responsive to mail from all over the United States, so please send your letter as soon as possible.

Also send to as many Texas Congressmembers as possible.

I suggest you send copies to Rep. Ron , a presidential candidate who champions health freedom

Rep. Joe Barton, who held hearings years ago on Dr.Burzynski's abusive treatment by FDA. and is on the Health Subcommitte that supervises FDA.

Rep. Sheila Lee who represents Houston, where Dr.Burzynski practices.

Rep. Burgess who is on the Energy & Commerce Commuittee and the Health Sub Committee that oversees FDA.

Rep. who is in the Energy & Commerce Committee and the Health subcommitte that oversees FDA.

Rep.Pete Olson who is on the Energy & Coomerce Committee that oversees FDA.

and any other Texas Comgressmembers you have time to get to.

The Texas Medical Board vs. Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, April 11, 2012

They're back. After the ten-year battle ending in the Texas State Supreme Court in 1996 resulted in a not guilty verdict for Dr. Burzynski—the Texas Medical Board is making another dangerous attempt at shutting him down. On April 11, 2012, the Texas Medical Board will try to revoke Dr. Burzynski's medical license, resulting in the closure of his clinic, the abandonment of all his patients, and risking any possibility of Antineoplastons gaining FDA-approval.No different than the levels of absurdity and underhanded tactics clearly outlined in the original documentary about Dr. Burzynski—the Texas Medical Board is up to the same dirty tricks. This time, we will have the entire world watching, and the entire world fighting back to stop this trial from happening—and that means you.First, watch this video and send it to friends. Not only does it outline the charges involved in this case, but it also gives you a glimpse at a new side of Dr. Burzynski's treatment. Much of the footage used in this short film was initially intended for the "Chapter 2" documentary—so it also serves as a sneak peek into the new documentary about Dr. Burzynski that also covers the story from 2000 up until today—to be released in 2012.Second, we need you to write letters, send faxes, make phone calls, and send emails starting with Governor Rick , since he appointed the heads of the Texas Medical Board. Once you have done this, we ask that you also write, call, fax and email as many of the Texas representatives as you have time for. If you are friends or have connections with a your local Congressmen or Senators, urge them to pay attention to this issue as well. Remember, this isn't about Texas, it's about our right as a human race to chose our own cancer treatment—and not allow decades of important gene-targeted cancer research to be flushed down the toilet in the name of protecting the profits of an industry that doesn't want Burzynski to survive.
