I currently have a friend with this kind of disease and I need to know

if theres a way to cure it somehow, as far as i know it can be retarded

by a chemical but the thing is this guy is in a terminal (could die due

1 to 4 years from now) state so even an osseous medulla transplant is

ineffective, if someome knows an alternate way to deal with this or an
