The word vegan is meaningless in a sense.

I have come across vegans whos diet consisted mostly of cheerios pringles and

coke.

I want to know what a person does eat...not just what he doesn't!

The vegans at risk of heart disease, study shows

A study conducted by researchers in Hangzhou, China, shows that the

vegan lifestyle can increase the risk of blood clots and hardening of

This is in direct conflict with other studies wherein vegetarians live

longer and healthier lives..and in direct conflict with the MacDougal diet.

Can someone explain this to me please? Supposedly the second you eat meat

your arteries and heart react negatively.
