the unsubscribe email is distributed on all subscribers once per month and

holds the info on the procedures. Do not take offense, please, they do not send

it to irritate you in any way.

As you mention Dr. Gerson:

I planned to publish a letter from his friend which contains parts of his

method and prescriptions and how to prepare them.

If anyone is interested I take on the work to publish this.
