We don't, as far as I'm concerned, until and unless some > news story comes out that thus and such a supplier has been found to be > perpetrating fraud with regard to what they sell. > Would we all agree that LEF is a brand to trust? i sure would. but aren't the prices so prohibitive for most, that they are out of the running? i just last week received a twelve hundred dollar order from them. but the average person is reduced to such brands a vitamin world. and of course, they allege their products are of the highest quality. as do all the retailers, including joe six pack down the street, who encapsulates his own and sells them out of his trunk. so what is the average guy supposed to do? your point is well taken, for many reports by the fda and others, indicate wildly varying potencies, and quality in content, between one supplement manufacturer and the other. thus the continuing effort by congress to put a majority of supplements under doctor's prescription, as in uk, as i understand it. the bottom line question to me then, is not whether i am getting the highest quality of supplement, for i have no real way of knowing, even if it is lef, who has been also been severly criticized in the past, but am i going to die from it, or have serious complications, as in eating green onions from taco bell. if you can tell me a way to determine supplement quality, other than being at the manufacturer's mercy, or having to pay triple price, like lef, then let me know. i have been taking mega doses for years, and no ill side effects i can tell, but the positive bene's are too great too describe. nobody would believe it. until they see me, three per cent body fat, cut abs, fifty pushups, perfect health, full head of hair, no glasses, at sixty two and a half. so i will just plug on, unless you can suggest a better solution. thanks for addressing a hidden, but critical, problem, which few people even stop to think of. now pardon me while i go encapsualte a tub of stuff i got from china to sell out of my trunk. smiles. best to all andy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is what quite a few have been using on another list. Price:cost is very good for the blend, which works synergistically.
