I don't think that the very deadly bird flu that everyone is so worried about

is something that anyone knows anything about yet. It hasn't arrived. The

only bird flu that people have gotten so far has been gotten directly from

birds, not from human to human.

Any flu or cold can benefit from herbal and homeopathic remedies.

I take tinctures of elderberry and wolfberry daily plus during the pre flu

season I take a homeopathic remedy to help prevent flu.

During the epidemic of the Spanish Flu which killed thousands upon thousands

of people, the elderly did much better that those in their twenties. I can't

remember the exact reason..something to do with a strong immune system being

more fragile during that epidemic than those with weaker immune systems.

Sorry I don't know but can I ask you if your last name is Ciro? That is my

maiden name. Just curious because all the Ciro's I have ever found have been in

relation to myself.

No problem.

Ciro is my first name.

I was named after my grandfather.

He was named after his grandfather.

And we were all named Ciro in honor of St. Ciro

Saint Ciro was born in andria of Egypt, towards 250 a.d.

Being a doctor he won the name of " money-less doctor " , that is

without silver. In fact, he used to heal everybody, above all the

poor, without asking a payment in change. The doctor from andria

didn't heal only their body, but he took care above all of their

soul.

Ciro and his fellow, from Edessa, showed an uncommon courage

when they went to Canopo, a few Kms far from andria to take

comfort to Atanasia and her 3 daughters, Eudossia, Teodota e

Teotiste , who had been caught by roman solders. There they were

tortured as Christian people were in these occasions: they were

beaten, burnt by torches and, in order to almost kill them because of

pain, their body scattered with sores was covered by vinegar and

salt.

The tradition of Dimostranza tells us how Saint Ciro was plunged in

the boiling pitch and how after surviving to this torture, was

beheaded this martyrdom took place on January 31st in 303 a.d.

Italian Baby Name: Ciro.

Origin: Greek adaptation (Kyros) of the ancient Persian Kurush,

traditional name of the king of Persia originating with the

Achemenidi, and means " king, gentleman, master. "

At the first sign of cold or flu, put a few drops of ordinary hydrogen

peroxide in each ear (holding head tilted for a minute or two on each

side before letting run out), and also a drop or two in each nostril

(Will sting a little bit). Do 2 or 3 times a day for at least 2 or 3

days, and then at least once a day until completely clear.

Has a immediate clearing impact and tends to wipe the thing out.

RB, Doesn't worry any more

P.S. Immune boosters good, too (e.g. echinacea/goldenseal extract).

Thank you.

I'm happy to hear that the information provided was of help to you.

By the way.

The persecutions took place during the watch of the Roman Emperor

Diocletion.

A rather interesting fellow.

Take care.
