Attention Dr. Gosalvez - On January, 1997, the world became aware of a marked

similarity

between your cancer research and that of Dr. V. Schally.

It involves TAC and Doxorubicin (DOX) (Adriamycin) which is the world's most

effective

cancer drug currently available to physicians.

History of Dr. Gosalvez with TAC and DOX

1978 - Invents a new form of DOX which he calls " Quelamycin " . (361226)

1979 (early) - Discovers, in the laboratory, the anti-cancer potential of TAC.

as a Target in Anticancer Chemotherapy' - " ... One compound out of 500,

1979 (later) - He and Dr. Brugarolas discover in a clinical trial in

Spain that TAC causes

the " ... disappearance of evidence of cancer. " (6101417)

1989 - Persuades King of Spain to suggest to President H.W.

Bush to have

TAC and Quelamycin administered to " terminal cancer patients " in " the

Military Hospitals of United States "

1990 - 2000 - Procedure of TAC and Quelamycin implemented. Commonly known as

" The War on Cancer " .

2000 - Begins to ask the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to reveal the results.

2006 - Continues to hope for a revelation of the results - " ... the things are

Dr. Gosalvez, on May 29, 2006 you wrote to me that TAC and Quelamycin had been

injected -

" ... intravenous administration of Sodium L-Thioproline and its derivatives plus

Monomeric Triferric Doxorubicine

and its derivatives along the mobility cycles (Technique of Cancer Reversal by

Dual Strategy) " .

Dr. Gosalvez, with all due respect, even if the NCI acknowledges the success of

your procedure,

I think better results could have been achieved if mega doses of TAC (with

vitamin C) had been swallowed

instead of injected.

On July 20, 2001 you wrote to me, " ... I fully acknowledge your important

discovery that mega doses of

Vitamin C avoid the toxicity of oral TAC due to neutralizing the formation of

formaldehyde, a strong neurotoxic ... "

(TAC is composed solely of formaldehyde and L-cysteine.)

History of Dr. Schally with TAC and DOX

1994 - Publishes a report which concludes - " ... Tac is a closed ring analog of

Met and is more hydrophobic

than Met. The replacement of Phe with Tac in reduced bond BN antagonists

produced improved

Ki and IC50 values. BN antagonists such as RC-3950 may have important

therapeutic applications

for the treatment of various malignancies such as prostatic, gastric, and

pancreatic cancer,

small cell lung carcinoma, and other tumors. " (7809097)

1994 to 2005 - Publishes at least 18 laboratory reports (including 7809097)

saying, in effect, that compounds

containing TAC might be effective in causing the " Inhibition of growth " of

these cancers -

Prostate, Lung, Brain, Breast, Ovary, Kidney and Pancreatic. (SCHALLY TAC)

1996 - Invents 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin (2-pyrrolino-DOX) which he says is

" 500-1000 times more potent "

than DOX. (8637897 & 8692981).

1996 to 2006 - Publishes 44 reports (including the two in 1996) which mention

2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin.

1997 (January) - The one and only time he reports the results of combining TAC

and 2-pyrrolino-DOX;

he calls it AN-257 which, in the laboratory, is many " times higher " than

DOX (most effective

cancer drug CURRENTLY in use) in causing the " Inhibition of growth " upon

" human cancer cell lines " .

AN-257 numbers -

Pancreatic: 570/1.7 = AN-257 was 335 times more anti-cancerous than DOX

SCLC (Small Cell Lung Cancer): 580/.35 = AN-257 was 1657 times more

anti-cancerous than DOX

Prostate: 1500/6.7 = AN-257 was 224 times more anti-cancerous than DOX

Gastric: 1800/2.1 = AN-257 was 857 times more anti-cancerous than DOX.

2006, December 25 - Dr. Schally's January, 1997 report continues to remain the

ONLY report in PubMed

(out of over 16 million) which raises the possibility that the combination

of TAC and a form of DOX

might be the cure for cancer; type in - .

THIAZOLIDINE-4-CARBOXYLIC ACID 2-PYRROLINODOXORUBICIN, and you will that

this is so.

Why didn't Dr. V. Schally, a 1977 Nobel Prize winner in Medicine,

call for a clinical trial to determine the effect of AN-257 upon human beings?

Comparison of Dr. Gosalvez' and Dr. Schally's cancer research as of January,

1997

Dr. Gosalvez' procedure contains solely TAC and Quelamycin (a form of DOX).

Dr. Schally's AN-257 contains TAC and 2-pyrrolino-DOX (a form of DOX).

Formula for B3 is [D-Phe6,13psi14,CH2-N,Tac14]BN-(6-14)

Formula for AN-257 is 2-pyrrolino-DOX-14-O-glt-B3 which is
