Medline is http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed; type in the words or number to

see the article(s).

In response to my 8/28/06 posting, 'Cancer cure? Ask top U.S. doctor',

Professor Mikko Salaspuro, M.D., Ph.D., University of Helsinki, Finland said:

" Thank you for this information.

What next? "

Since 1994, two chemicals have been integral to the cancer research

of Dr. V. Schally, a 1977 Nobel Prize winner in Medicine.

They are -

1. TAC (Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid)

2. 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin which is a form of DOX (Doxorubicin)

(Adriamycin).

From 1994 to 2005, Dr. Schally published 21 laboratory reports saying in essence

that compounds containing TAC might be effective in causing the " Inhibition of

growth "

of these cancers - Prostate, Lung, Brain, Breast, Ovary, Kidney and Pancreatic.

Type SCHALLY TAC into Medline to see 18 of these reports.

From 1996 to 2006, Dr. Schally published 44 laboratory reports highlighting

the anti-cancer value of 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin.

Type SCHALLY 2-PYRROLINODOXORUBICIN into Medline to see all 44 of the reports.

Dr. Schally's January, 1997 report (Medline 9012839) details the miraculous

anti-cancer results

he achieved in the laboratory with AN-257 which contains TAC &

2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin.

AN-257 proved to be hundreds and thousands of times more anti-cancerous than DOX

which is considered to be the most effective cancer drug currently and legally

available to physicians.

Medline contains over 16 million citations. Dr. Schally's January, 1997 report

is the only one

that describes the miraculous anti-cancer results achieved when these two

chemicals

are included in a compound (AN-257). Type into Medline -

THIAZOLIDINE-4-CARBOXYLIC ACID 2-PYRROLINODOXORUBICIN

and you will see that this is so.

AN-238 contains 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin but not TAC (which is related to

Penicillin

because it contains a " thiazolidine ring " ).

Refer to http://www1.va.gov/resDEV/news/press_releases/kidney-cancer-053100.cfm

'Researchers Identify New Kidney Cancer Treatment', 6th and 7th paragraphs, to

read

Dr. Schally's estimate of AN-238:

Text

Schally likens AN-238 to Ehrlich's " magic bullet. " Ehrlich, recipient of

the 1908

Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, said " we must learn to fight microbes

with

magic bullets. " Ehrlich himself discovered the magic bullet, salvarsan, that was

long

used to treat syphilis. Schally said scientists tell him " the world has been

waiting one

hundred years for this compound. "

AN-238 consists of 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin (AN-201), a superactive cytotoxic

agent, .... "

End of Text

If a person had cancer, which compound would Dr. Schally prescribe: AN-257 or

AN-238?

Post Script -

A. I hope that the U.S. National Cancer Institute and scientists in Spain will

implement clinical trials

to determine if TAC & vitamin C & Quelamycin (related to DOX) are

effective in cancer treatment.

B. TAC's " chemical cousin " is L-MTCA (L-2-Methyl-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic

acid).

1. L-MTCA is related to Penicillin because it contains a " thiazolidine

ring " .

2. L-MTCA is composed solely of acetaldehyde and L-cysteine.

3. L-MTCA " dissociates " (breaks apart) into acetaldehyde and L-cysteine

as it flows through the bloodstream.

4. L-MTCA can be swallowed and is not anymore toxic than 'Tylenol'.

5. The U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) and U.S. Centers for

Disease Control

state that HIV, the AIDS virus, can be " inactivated " by acetaldehyde.

6. Mode of action? I think " dissociated " acetaldehyde will cause the

antimyristoylation of

HIV's gag proteins - primarily p17gag; Medline 3263365 and 2692561.

7. I hope that scientists at the NIH and scientists in Finland will

implement clinical trials

to determine if L-MTCA & NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) & vitamin C might

be effective

in the treatment or cure of HIV/AIDS.

C. The combination of TAC & vitamin C should effectively treat all liver

ailments including hepatitis.
