do you live in Holland? Because as far as I know it is the only country where

pot is legal

Marijuana is already LEGAL for medicinal purposes in the State of MICH, it can

be obtained by prescription from most any pharmacy. It is called Marinol and it

is used, in some cases, to stimulate the appetite (go figure!)

The people who are STILL arguing that tired old case are the ones who want to

SMOKE it to get high!! (go figure)

In might be legal statewise but not federally and that's what matters

unfortunately, so no pot is not legal in the U.S

Medical Marijuana is prescribed in some states for certain conditions. The Feds

are trying hard to stop it. Ashcroft was bent on stopping it and so is

. I had a serious back problem a couple years ago and my doctor asked

me if I wanted a prescription. It is legal to own 7 plants for your own use

here. I may reconsider sometime down the road :-)). AIDS and chemo patients

are able to eat after smoking or consuming some pot. A few years back there was

an elderly lady in the Bay Area that was always getting harassed because she

baked brownies for a group of very sick young men. She was called " Brownie

" and she loved those sick kids like they were her own children. I haven't

lived there for a long time so I don't know what happened to her. It was

ridiculous the way they harassed her.

I am so sick and tired of hearing that " smoking " is linked to EVERYTHING there

is! Air pollution, cancer,ashma, miscarriages, you name it! Why do we fall for

this BS instead of looking for the REAL cause of these diseases!!!? We waste

our lives and time focusing on one tiny issue like smoking! If no one smoked,

ever, would that cure cancer or anything else? What IS the REAL cause? HUH?

No, I'm not!! It's simple minded for anyone to think that the cause of cancer

is linked to " ONE " thing! Come on people! What about all the crap in our

Don't get me wrong, smoking isn't good for anyone. But it is getting to the

point to where everyone seems to thiink that smoking is the cause for ever
