when you scanned it did you scan to document or to jpg? I have attached the first file so you can see what I mean.

Did you try saving it to your hard drive and opening that way?

yes I downloaded it to my hard drive and it opened as notepad format. I didn't do anything but download. try putting the picture straight into the email instead of as an attachment.See what's free at AOL.com.

ok I had to convert them to psp 9 in order to see them as a picture. For some reason they came through as notepad and not jpg. Windows fax and paint viewer will open them as well but I don't like that program as I can't customize it as well as I can through psp 9. :-)

Now that I can get it opened I'd love to have the rest of the files but I am on dial-up and it would slow down your speed with me trying to download them from you. When you get time can you send them to me at your leisure? I really would appreciate it. :-)

This is a reallybeautiful book that is loaded with so much information presented in a simple way.

I have the entire book in my AIM files if anyone wants to come and get it.

It's a lot to post... I could if enough people wanted it.

It's just jpg, a scanned photo. So not sure what program you use to open photos?

Windows fax and photo viewer?

I'm sorry Carol- I am not so good fixing puters I am not on.

I can see the pic right in my e-mail. Does it give you an option as to what program you can open things with?

Did you try saving it to your hard drive and opening that way?

I kow Windows fax and photo viewer will open it, and it wasn't zipped.

I didn't scan it.... it was posted to another list and I just saved it. :-)

It's not zipped in my files, nor do I have to unzip it to open, view or print.
